| Q: | How to play Part A? |
| A: | In each question, user should listen the music and follow it by clapping the beat of the music as soon as possible after the music starts. Moreover, user needs to answer the beat of the music. |
| Q: | How to play Part B? |
| A: | In each question, there are three short pieces of music. After listening each piece of music, user should follow and sing the music as an echo. Scores will be given based on the accuracy of the beat and pitch of user sung. |
| Q: | How to play Part C? |
| A: | In each question, there are two short pieces of music. After listening them, user need to identify where and/or distinguish the difference between the two pieces of music by answering two sub-questions. |
| Q: | How to play Part D? |
| A: | In each question, before playing a music, features of the music will be notified. Then user need to listen the music clearly and answers the questions about the features. They may be about dynamic or articulation etc.. |
| Q: | What features can I have after Login rather then using Guest Mode in the apps? |
| A: | After Login, you are allowed to use our cloud computing service including cloud recording storage and cloud analysis. And also, you can purchase more exercise books in the apps to practice more questions. |
| Q: | Why do I need to purchase more books in Store? |
| A: | For Introduction Book, there are only three questions in each part. If you want extra questions to practice you need to purchase more books. |
| Q: | If I bought a book in a Cantonese version app, can I use it in another language version? |
| A: | Yes. They are shared to each other. You can purchase our books and use them in any language version of our app as long as they are in the same syllabus and grade while you login with the same account. |
| Q: | What is Access Code? |
| A: | It is a code allowed parents to access student's summary record of their works. First, users need to assign their own Access Code in the student accounts. Then parents can use the code to access student records through the Parent App and our web site. |
| Q: | If I forgot my Password or Access Code, what can I do? |
| A: | You can send an email to us, cs@playnote.com . We will assist you as soon as possible. |
| Q: | Why the apps always cannot detect my voice or hand clapping while I am playing outside? |
| A: | Since our apps are sound sensitive, it is suggested to use it under a quiet environment. You can try it again in a quieter place if it happens. |
