AURALBOOK will start playing the passage and user can join in as soon as possible, clapping in time and giving a louder clap on the strong beats. AURALBOOK will record and analyze the clapping of user.

AURALBOOK will then ask whether the music in two time and three time. AURALBOOK will tell whether the selected answer is correct or not and how to get a correct answer if the selected answer is wrong.

AURALBOOK will replay the recording of clapping of user. It will also display required beat patterns and beats clapped by user on the same line of a music sheet. Even user cannot distinguish the difference between the required beat patterns and beats clapped by ear, this patented beat display system can allow users understand the difference with visual aids.

The patented artificial intelligence analysis system will point out whether user has clapped correctly and suggested comments for improvement. For example, it will point out

-   User does not clap on the exact time.
-   User has missed beat.
-   User has clapped extra beat.
-   User has clapped a beat with incorrect power, i.e. a strong beat is clapped as a weak beat.

Further, AURALBOOK will also point out whether there are some critical errors, For example, whether the beat pattern of clapping of the whole pieces of music is correct, e.g. a piece in 3 beats is clapped as a piece in 2 beats, etc.

If beats clapped by user is deviated from the requirement too much, AURALBOOK will play a correct demo so that user can understand the requirement.

AURALBOOK will play key-chord and starting note at the beginning. User can sing after AURALBOOK has played each phrase, user can sing and AURALBOOK will record and analyze the singing of user.

AURALBOOK will then play the original phrase again with the music score shown on the screen. Afterward, it will play the recorded user’s singing with music score shown on the screen. The music score of the original phrase and music score of user’s singing are shown on the same line so that user can understand the difference between them in the most straight forward way. Even user cannot distinguish the different between them by ear, user must can understand the difference by this patented user singing performance display system.

The patented artificial intelligence analysis system will point out whether user has clapped correctly and suggested comments for improvement. For example, it will point out

-   User has missed any note.
-   User has sung extra note.
-   The scale of the piece sung by user is different from the one of original phrase.
-   ABRSM Syllabus requires user to sing as echo, i.e. user should sing exactly after 2 bars of music is played. A reminder will be told if user cannot fit the timing requirement.

Further, AURALBOOK will analyze the speed of user’s singing and check whether it is the same as the one of the original phrase. It will also tell whether the singing method is good or not, e.g. whether user often sings in a sliding way.

AURALBOOK will play key-chard and the tonic at the beginning. Then, it will play a phrase twice but with a change to one of the notes the second time.

Unlike traditional training aids, the change occurs will be different when user repeats the same question. As a result, user cannot get the correct answer by memorizing the music melody and must listen carefully to get the correct answer.

User can select whether the change is occurred at the beginning and the end.

AURALBOOK will tell whether the answer is correct, the exact location note changed and how it is changed. It will also check whether user can answer fast enough and whether need a repeat as marks will be deducted if user requests to repeat again based on the ABRSM syllabus.

AURALBOOK will first tell user what type of questions that will be asked, including loud or quiet playing (i.e. loud/quiet or sudden/gradual changes) and smooth or detached notes.

Unlike traditional training aids, the feature of the music will be different when user repeats the same question. As a result, user cannot get the correct answer by memorizing the music melody and must listen carefully to get the correct answer. User can select the answers of the two questions about features afterward.

AURALBOOK will tell whether the answer is correct, and how to get a correct answer if the selected answer is wrong. For example, for question about articulation, AURALBOOK will tell character about smooth note and detached not, and how to distinguish them.

It will also check whether user can answer fast enough and whether need a repeat as marks will be deducted if user requests to repeat again based on the ABRSM syllabus.

Instead of answering question assigned automatically, user can also select one of the questions available and repeat trying it for unlimited time. User can select the question number in the record page and the selected question will be asked again.

User can also view the performance of each question. User can select those questions with worse performance to practice again in order to enhance the aural skills.
